Job Summary

Responsible for mixing raw materials together to create the finished product, in a timely, accurate manner

Essential Functions

• Meet production timeline by obtaining work orders and accurately filling to specifications

• Take samples to lab to be approved

• Meet cleaning standards

• Follow OSHA and other safety regulations

Additional Responsibilities

• Fill pails or drums with finished products

• Communicate with material handler

• Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to follow directions

• Knowledge of raw materials used to make batches

• Attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to operate equipment

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to be flexible

• Ability to work independently

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Forklift Certification

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40-60 lbs. up stairs

• Ability to lift and hold pail (up to 30-50 lbs) at chest level while pouring pail – 5-20 times per day.

• Ability to bend often
