Inventory Cycle Counter 

Owensville, MO | Full-Time | Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) $16-$18/hour depending on experience and work history Overtime and Saturdays as needed

Help keep production moving by ensuring inventory is accurate and materials are where they need to be.

At Jahabow, we design and manufacture commercial-grade retail displays, fixtures, and showcase systems for major retailers including Walmart, Sam's Club, Kohl's, and Academy. We're looking for an Inventory Control Specialist who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on position that combines inventory control, cycle counting, material handling, forklift operation, and production support. The ideal candidate has previous experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, manufacturing support, or material handling.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily cycle counts in warehouse and production areas
• Verify physical inventory against ERP inventory records
• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Monitor Kanban levels and replenish production workstations
• Receive, stock, move, and organize inventory throughout the facility
• Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
• Generate and review inventory reports
• Support warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient material flow
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Participate in inventory accuracy and process improvement initiatives
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience with inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse operations, material handling, or manufacturing inventory
• Forklift operating experience
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite in Owensville, MO
• Availability for overtime and Saturday work when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing cycle-counting experience
• Kanban or production replenishment experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing workstations
• Experience processing inventory transactions and inventory reporting
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse coordination roles

Work Environment

This position works primarily on the manufacturing floor and in warehouse areas with exposure to moving equipment, forklifts, production activity, noise, and varying temperatures. PPE may include safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
