POSITION SUMMARY


The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for leading and executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, manages recruiting processes and programs, partners closely with hiring managers and leadership teams, and ensures positive candidate experience while meeting the company's hiring goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent acquisition professional who can develop recruiting initiatives, analyze workforce needs, build candidate pipelines, and drive continuous improvement in recruiting effectiveness.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies that support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs.

• Create proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple functions and levels.

• Monitor labor market trends and recommend innovative recruiting practices.


Recruitment & Selection

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.

• Review and optimize job descriptions and recruiting materials.

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer processes.

• Pre-screen (when requested) and contact candidates to verify suitability to the role prior to sending through to Hiring Managers.

• Ensure consistent and compliant hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Maintain confidentiality of salary information.


Hiring Manager Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, market conditions, and candidate selection.

• Provide guidance and training on LifeWave’s hiring process, interviewing techniques and selection best practices.

• Maintain Internal Hiring Webpage on SharePoint.

• Facilitate hiring decisions while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws.


Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

• Develop recruitment marketing campaigns to increase candidate awareness and engagement.

• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and sourcing platforms.


Recruiting Operations & Analytics

• Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows.

• Develop and monitor recruiting metrics, including: 

          - Time-to-fill

          - Time-to-hire

          - Candidate pipeline metrics

          - Source effectiveness

          - Offer acceptance rates

          - Hiring manager satisfaction

• Prepare and present recruiting reports and workforce data to leadership.

• Understand and adhere to hiring plan and budget


Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.

• Maintain recruitment policies and procedures.

• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, recruiter efficiency, and hiring outcomes.



QUALIFICATIONS

Education and & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive recruiting experience. 

• Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and organizational levels. 

• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, Paylocity recruiting experience preferred.

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

• Experience supporting a multi-state or global workforce.

• Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.

• Experience managing third-party recruiting vendors and staffing agencies.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employment practices.

• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Ability to build relationships with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and trends.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

• Bilingual – Spanish preferred


Work Environment & Physical Demands

LifeWave will operate as an in-office organization, and all employees are required to work onsite in alignment with corporate policy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work at a computer workstation and be mobile within the office. Occasional movement of up to 25 pounds may be required.
