Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building quality cabinets
  • Examines specifications of work orders and/or blueprints to determine the materials and method to build the item   
  • Inspects all parts of the cabinet before assembly for cleanliness and flaws
  • Inspects the completed item to ensure product is to specification
  • Meets deadlines with attention to detail while following quality requirements
  • Maintains a clean work environment and follows housekeeping requirements
  • Follows company safety policies and procedures 
  • Signs off schedules and manages paperwork as directed 
  • Works independently and as a team
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintains a professional manner
  • Follow directions provided by Leads, Supervisors, and Management


Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience with cabinet assembly
  • Woodworking experience preferred 
  • Experience and ability to operate power tools 
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Overtime is required depending on workload
  • Attention to detail 
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship
  • Ability to read a tape measure 
  • Good math skills 
  • Able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds individually and up to 160 pounds with a team lift
  • Ability to make repetitive movements, including but not limited to bending and squatting
  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
