JOB   SUMMARY:


Renova One is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role provides administrative and customer support to the sales team, helping maintain strong customer relationships, prepare quotes, coordinate projects, and keep day-to-day sales activities running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES   & DUTIES:


  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts at each account to drive loyalty and satisfaction
  • Proactively check in with customers to identify needs, resolve issues, and prevent churn
  • Escalate complex issues to the AE while keeping communication timely and professional
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes with accuracy and urgency
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing, availability, and timelines are correct
  • Track open quotes and follow up to move deals through   the pipeline
  • Maintain clean records of all quoting activity in the CRM
  • Monitor at-risk accounts and flag concerns early
  • Support the AE in executing retention strategies for customers under competitive threat
  • Look for organic upsell or cross-sell opportunities within your assigned accounts
  • Help ensure the territory hits plan by keeping existing revenue stable while new business is being pursued
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records across all systems
  • Assist with reporting on account activity, pipeline status, and territory performance
  • Support onboarding of newly won accounts to ensure a smooth customer experience from day one

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable owning customer conversations independently
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities
  • A team-first mindset — you'll be working in close partnership with the AE and success is shared
  • Coachable and hungry to learn the full sales cycle from the ground up
  • Comfortable learning and working across multiple internal systems

Salary Description
$40k - $45k + Commission
