Position Summary
The Executive Account Manager owns CaseWorthy's most strategic enterprise relationships — a concentrated portfolio of the company's highest-value, highest-visibility accounts. This role operates as an executive peer to customer C-suite and, where applicable, board-level stakeholders, and serves as the senior escalation point for the accounts in their portfolio. Beyond account ownership, the Executive Account Manager shapes how CaseWorthy engages its largest customers company-wide: informing account strategy, coaching other Account Managers, and representing the voice of the customer in product, GTM, and executive decision-making. This is a senior individual-contributor role with player-coach expectations, reporting into Customer Success or Account Management leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own the enterprise-level relationship for CaseWorthy's most strategic, highest-value accounts, acting as the customer's executive sponsor and primary business relationship owner.
Build and sustain peer-level relationships with C-suite and, where applicable, board-level stakeholders at customer organizations; partner with CaseWorthy's own executive team on joint executive sponsorship for the highest-stakes relationships.
Lead complex, multi-year contract negotiations and enterprise commercial structuring, with latitude to shape pricing and terms within company guardrails.
Own renewal and expansion strategy for the portfolio, with direct accountability for retention and ARR growth at the top of the customer base.
Serve as the senior escalation point for customer-impacting issues across the Account Management organization, coordinating executive-level response when needed.
Represent the voice of the customer at the executive level, feeding strategic account insight into product roadmap, go-to-market, and packaging decisions.
Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions, connecting platform outcomes to enterprise-level mission and organizational goals.
Coach and develop a cohort of Account Managers, contributing to account planning methodology and best practices across the broader team.
Maintain deep working knowledge of the CaseWorthy platform, its applications, and embedded capabilities in order to represent platform strategy and vision credibly at the executive level.
Stay current on market, competitive, and regulatory dynamics affecting CaseWorthy's largest strategic customers.
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with a track record specifically at the enterprise or strategic-account level in B2B SaaS serving human services, healthcare, nonprofit, or government customers.

Experience formally coaching or leading other account managers (people leadership or player-coach experience).
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing board-level or C-level briefing materials.
Willingness to travel for on-site executive engagements.

Prior experience in a formal enterprise-relationship role — e.g., Executive Account Manager, Strategic Account Director, or Key Account Director.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
