 Mindcolor Autism, named one of Glassdoor’s Top 50 Places to Work in 2025, is opening a brand-new center in North San Antonio this October and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the very beginning and play an important role in building a thriving center and culture from the ground up. Requirements

The Role

  • Develop and implement individualized, data driven treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
  • Analyze data and adjust goals throughout the client journey
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
  • CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
  • QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
