This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the very beginning and play an important role in building a thriving center and culture from the ground up. Requirements
The Role
- Develop and implement individualized, data driven treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
- Analyze data and adjust goals throughout the client journey
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
- CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
- QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
