Administrative Assistant/Workflow Analyst
Description

We are seeking an Admin Assistant/Workflow Manager working full-time onsite at a Department of War (DoW) client location in Arlington, VA. Working closely with government stakeholders, you will support staff in the execution of daily operations, task management, correspondence, personnel actions, meetings, training, awards, facilities, and administrative processes.


This position is onsite at a government facility in Arlington, VA.


Responsibilities

  • Manage organizational event calendars and schedules.
  • Serve as the primary team member responsible for in/out-processing procedures and policies and disseminate current procedures, requirements, and best practices.
  • Review correspondence, white papers, reports, and other administrative products to ensure compliance with applicable organizational policies and standards.
  • Serve as a primary Workflow Analyst and trainer for organizational task-management systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for administrative and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MilDrive and other DoW systems implemented to improve organizational processes.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is highly desired.

  • Four (4) or more years of experience working in a administrative role for a large organization.
  • Two (2) or more years of demonstrated experience providing administrative and operational support within a military, federal or comparable organizational environment.
  • Experience with task management software such as Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of organizational coordination, staff actions, schedule management, and executive-level administrative support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and time-sensitive requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when routing, prioritizing, tracking, and escalating administrative and operational requirements.


Security Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance (this requires US Citizenship)


 

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 – $80,000, with the final offer determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications.
