Description
Position Overview
The Field Service Coordinator supports the FX3 team by managing field service scheduling, technician coordination, and work order execution to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate field service projects by creating and managing work orders.
- Recruit, assign, and support independent field technicians based on project requirements.
- Monitor work orders and resolve scheduling issues, cancellations, delays, reschedule requests, and other service exceptions.
- Communicate scheduling updates and service issues with customers and internal teams.
- Review completed work orders, approve them for payment, evaluate technician performance, and maintain preferred provider pools.
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with internal teams to support successful project execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, technician utilization, and service delivery.
- Support new customers, operational initiatives, and additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service, project coordination, logistics, field service support, operations support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and business software such as CRM, scheduling, ticketing, or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Reliable attendance, dependability, and follow-through.
- Ability to speak, read, understand, and communicate clearly in English.

Salary Description
$19-$20/hr
