Concept Rehab is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Oak Harbor, OH! If you're a compassionate, motivated PTA who enjoys making a difference in the lives of patients, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Develop positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence
• Document treatment and patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with an experienced rehabilitation team

What We're Looking For

• Current PTA license in Ohio
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Experience in a skilled nursing or senior living setting is a plus
