Operations & Inventory Coordinator
Description


The Operations & Inventory Coordinator supports CEMCO's day-to-day operations by coordinating receiving and inventory activities while providing essential administrative and operational support. This cross-functional role combines responsibility for incoming goods, inventory accuracy, NetSuite transactions, operational documentation, vendor coordination, compliance support, and general office administration. Responsibilities include:


Receiving & Inventory

  • Receive, count, identify, and distribute incoming goods to the appropriate departments and bin locations.
  • Complete receiving, inventory allocations, and related transactions accurately in NetSuite.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and return documentation.
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory organization and overall inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate customer and vendor returns and perform occasional customer deliveries as needed.

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Maintain operational paperwork, records, and documentation necessary to support plant operations.
  • Coordinate facility vendors, maintenance services, and third-party IT support.
  • Support safety procedures, ISO documentation, compliance activities, and audit preparation.
  • Partner with HR and Finance on onsite administrative needs, including onboarding, recruiting coordination, check deposits, and employee documentation.
  • Welcome visitors and candidates and assist with general office coordination.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to plant leadership and other departments as business needs require.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar inventory focused role is required.
  • Demonstrated experience receiving goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing inventory or shipping/receiving documentation.
  • Experience using an ERP or inventory management system; NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when working with inventory counts, transactions, and documentation.
  • Ability and willingness to perform both hands-on receiving/inventory work and administrative responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and work independently.
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
