We are a well-established firm with a large team of attorneys and legal professionals located in downtown Boston, seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join our team. Our firm handles a diverse range of cases, mostly in Immigration but also in civil, criminal, and family law, representing individuals in both state and federal courts. This position is designed for an attorney who has already been practicing immigration law and is ready to step into an active caseload from day one — managing their own docket, appearing in immigration court, and handling matters before USCIS with minimal ramp-up time.

License/Certification & Experience:
- MA bar license (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing immigration law as a licensed attorney (Required). This means direct, hands-on experience representing clients as the attorney of record — including appearances before the Immigration Court (EOIR), preparation and litigation of removal defense cases (Master Calendar and Individual Hearings), asylum matters, and/or affirmative filings before USCIS.
- Experience preparing clients and witnesses for hearings and interviews, drafting motions and legal briefs, and independently managing a caseload.
- Spanish or Portuguese skills are a plus but not required.
- A strong desire to serve individuals and families, with a focus on helping clients navigate complex legal challenges.
