Building and growing the Danaren brand of “We Make Beautiful Restorations Affordable” is always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others. Visual perception, manual dexterity, good motor skills, skills using small hand instruments, reading comprehension skills, as well as attention to detail required. Ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations and take and use constructive feedback.

Responsibilities, Duties, Skills and Essential Functions:

· High School Diploma or GED required. 

· Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.

· Ability to communicate and work well with others.

· Willingness to learn. 

· Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain a clean, organized lab environment.

· Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment with precision and consistency.

· Manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

· Ability to use small hand instruments. 

· Ability to sit and/or stand 8 hours per day.
