The Position:

Assist with daily unloading, shelving, stocking and storing of food. Along with Cow Creek Tribal Market staff you will maintain and manage food inventory and pantry storage space. Assist and support pantry guests. 

  • Greet all guests and ensures they have a positive shopping experience. 
  • Effectively address guest questions, requests, and problem solve as needed.
  • Keep all shelves organized, clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated.
  • Assist in unloading food truck deliveries.
  • Ensure workstation provided is clean and debris free at the end of the shift.
  • Foster a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and effective communication.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Age 15 and older. We offer a schedule that meets your needs. Cow Creek Tribal Market operates Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-7pm.
  • 6 months experience working in Customer Service field handling cash and running a register preferred.   
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.  
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.  
  • Possess time management and organizations skills.  
  • Possess verbal and written communications skills.   
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups. 
  • Current Food Handler Certificate or ServSafe Certificate required.
