As a Dosing Nurse, you'll be a critical part of that journey — administering medication to patients recovering from opioid and other substance use disorders, and helping create a safe, judgment-free space where healing can begin.
Working closely with your Clinic Manager and medical providers, you'll conduct testing, manage medication inventory, maintain accurate records, and be a steady, trusted presence for clients navigating one of the hardest chapters of their lives.

What You'll Do
- Administer medications as ordered by CMS medical providers
- Monitor behavioral, medical, and physical symptoms related to dosage and substance use
- Obtain vital signs, blood specimens, and urine samples
- Process point-of-care urine drug screens per company policy
- Prepare take-home medication (n/a in Montana)
- Monitor medication administration closely to prevent diversion, and report any concerns to the appropriate internal authority
- Maintain accurate client records in our EHR system
- Document medication errors and respond to adverse reactions per protocol
- Coordinate courtesy dosing for incoming/outgoing clients
- Deliver medications to external facilities as needed
- Order and maintain dosing room and nursing supplies
- Keep accurate medication inventory records
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and accrediting body regulations
- Administer CPR when necessary
What You'll Bring
- Active LPN license in your state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Willingness to travel to assigned CMS sites
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 39 months) and reliable transportation
- Experience with substance use disorders is a plus, but not required — we'll help you build that expertise
- Familiarity with signs of intoxication and opioid withdrawal
- A sharp eye for accuracy in medication administration and recordkeeping
