Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met

- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards

- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors

- Conduct site visits to oversee work quality and safety practices


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in construction projects

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
