Your Role

As a first shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide hands-on care to residents in a designated neighborhood, which may include long-term care, skilled nursing, or memory care. You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and person-centered care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) You'll help with:

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Helping residents safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
• Encouraging resident independence and participation in daily routines
• Documenting care and observations accurately in the electronic medical record
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Following infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Developing positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care.

Qualifications include:

• Active certification on the Maine Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registry in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• Most schedules include every other weekend
• Schedule may vary based on staffing needs
