What You'll Do

As a Receptionist, you'll be one of the first people our residents, families, and visitors encounter. You'll help create a warm and welcoming environment while providing professional and courteous service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Responding to questions and providing general information
• Monitoring visitors and following established security procedures
• Assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks
• Receiving and distributing mail and other deliveries
• Maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
• Supporting the team with other duties as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Professional and comfortable interacting with a variety of people
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using a telephone, computer, and basic office technology
• Able to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment
• Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or office experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person!
