Are you passionate about helping individuals living with mental illness achieve greater independence and stability? Solsura is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner (ARMHS) to provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adults throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
While our office is located in Minnetonka, this position is primarily community-based. Practitioners work from a home office, provide services in clients' homes and community settings throughout the Twin Cities metro area, and attend occasional meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions at our Minnetonka office as needed. You have the ability to select their regular workdays and maintain a consistent weekly schedule, with schedule adjustments considered and approved as needed.
In this role, you will partner with clients on their recovery journey by helping them develop skills, manage symptoms, increase independence, and achieve personalized goals that improve their quality of life.
What You'll Do
- Provide Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to adult clients
- Teach and reinforce skills through coaching, modeling, and guidance
- Complete Functional Assessments and develop Individual Treatment Plans
- Support clients in improving daily living, social, coping, and independent living skills
- Build professional, respectful, and culturally responsive relationships
- Travel throughout the community to meet clients in home and community settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records in compliance with DHS Rule 245I standards
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Collaborate with treatment teams and community providers to support client success

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet Minnesota ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner requirements by meeting one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field and at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience providing services to individuals with mental illness.
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field, fluency in a qualifying non-English language, completion of 40 hours of mental health services training, and participation in weekly clinical supervision until 2,000 hours of experience are obtained.
- 4,000 hours of experience providing services to individuals with mental illness.
- Current graduate student in a behavioral science or related field completing an approved clinical practicum or internship.
- Master's degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field.
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and manage a community-based caseload.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing ARMHS, CTSS, case management, or other community-based mental health services.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented and person-centered practices.
- Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
