We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and ambitious B2B Sales Manager to join our

team. If you love coaching and developing a growing team of sales professionals, this job is for you! You’ll work directly with senior leadership to design and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve our customer acquisition, retention, and growth goals. 


We are expecting you to have skills and experience in leadership, B2B software sales, and customer service. You should be self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to communicate and implement sales strategies to your team. If you want more control of your income and the opportunity to join a fun ethical, easy-going team, we should talk. This role will report to the VP of Sales.


Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help set and manage sales goals and quotas with the leadership team
  • Drive retention and growth from our current customer base
  • Manage and implement processes and infrastructure to surpass sales targets
  • Effectively interview, hire, and train new Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Provide consistent coaching to help AEs and AMs achieve and exceed their sales goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize pipeline and sales conversion
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Provide professional after-sales support


Requirements

Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Leadership in B2B software sales
  • Great leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in leading software sales
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • BS or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required
