The Opportunity:

As a Technical Product Manager at Brkthru, you’ll own the product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for the internal technology ecosystem that powers the business. Rather than a customer-facing product, your focus will be the systems Brkthru runs on, including proprietary applications, the Unified Data Platform (UDP), the Unified Agentic Platform (UAP), AI initiatives, and the integrations that connect them. You’ll partner closely with the CTO, Engineering, and business stakeholders to turn business objectives into a clear, prioritized plan for how these platforms evolve.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll align priorities across engineering, leadership, and external technology partners, weigh tradeoffs between long-term platform health and immediate business needs, and bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work. It’s a strong fit for a systems thinker who is as comfortable discussing architecture with engineers as they are discussing priorities with executives, and who wants real ownership of the technology foundation the company depends on.

Responsibilities:

Platform Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the internal technology ecosystem, ensuring it evolves in step with business priorities
  • Translate business objectives into a prioritized, scalable set of platform investments
  • Own prioritization and sequencing across competing platform initiatives, balancing long-term platform health against immediate business needs
  • Resolve technical and business tradeoffs with clear reasoning, escalating decisions that shift enterprise direction or require executive commitment

Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution

  • Drive alignment across engineering, leadership, and business stakeholders on platform priorities and tradeoffs
  • Coordinate concurrent technology initiatives spanning proprietary platforms and third-party integrations
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities early, before they become blockers
  • Represent platform priorities and constraints in leadership and planning discussions

Requirements Definition & Delivery

  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and implementation plans that keep engineering work anchored to business outcomes
  • Partner with engineers to refine technical solutions while keeping business and user outcomes in focus
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal platforms through data, experimentation, and user feedback
  • Own the connection between platform investment and measurable business impact

AI & Emerging Technology

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies across the business
  • Evaluate new technologies and vendors that can accelerate platform capability
  • Partner with engineering on AI-enabled workflows and internal tooling
  • Other projects and responsibilities as needed to improve Brkthru and the technical product

  • Connect people, platforms, and processes as a systems thinker
  • Prioritize effectively and create structure where little exists

  • Make data-informed decisions grounded in strong business judgment

Preferred Experience:

  • Building or managing internal platform products
  • Working on AI-enabled products or agentic workflows
  • Partnering with Data Engineering or Machine Learning teams
  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, media, or other technology-driven industries
