• Maintain clean appearance standards of Jackson Automotive dealership facilities. 
• Responsible for the careful operation and/or cleaning of customer’s vehicles. 
• Follow and complete daily assigned tasks and additional requests. 
• Assist technicians and dealership personnel, when asked. 
• Must have the ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Be self-motivated. 
• Have a high energy level.
• Demonstrate customer care.
• Demonstrate attention to detail. 
• Be able to represent Jackson Automotive Group in a professional manner inside and outside of the workplace. 

Requirements

As a Porter, we will require you to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, accept and follow directions, and ask questions when in doubt. Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift material.  Maintain professional appearance and attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours. 

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage.
• Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
• Valid Driver's License required.  
• High School Diploma required.
