RMWBH is seeking a motivated attorney to join the firm’s established commercial real estate section in our San Antonio office. The attorney must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas for at least 3-6 years.
Our commercial real estate practice routinely handles a variety of complex matters, including (i) leasing and purchase-and-sale transactions with respect to raw land, improved property, multifamily projects, shopping and retail centers, restaurants, gas stations and medical facilities; (ii) real estate finance transactions, including real estate loans, construction loans, and loan assignments; and (iii) joint-venture transactions and private offerings.
The candidate must have sufficient knowledge to handle such transactions from the LOI stage to closing, with little direct oversight or supervision.
The candidate must also be willing to mentor less experienced attorneys in such transactions.
Education Requirements:
- Juris Doctor. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required;
- Excellent analytical and writing skills are required
Beyond substantive experience, an ideal candidate should be a self-starter and able to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail is a must and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Competitive academic credentials are required.

Compensation is based on experience. Bonus eligible with a bonus structure outlined based on billable requirement.
