Values Into Action is hiring a Quality Assurance & Improvement (QAI) Coordinator position.
The Quality Assurance & Improvement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the systems and processes that ensure high-quality services and effective employee development. In this role, you will coordinate training records, quality assurance activities, compliance documentation, reporting, and other operational processes that help services remain person-centered, well documented, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable using technology and data systems, able to work independently, and committed to continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Review service notes and other documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Support referrals, authorizations, discharges, and employee enrollment processes.
- Create and organize QAI reports and provider monitoring materials.
- Monitor and coordinate employee qualification, training, clearance and credential tracking.
- Monitor compliance requirements and qualification timelines.
- Manage training records and learning-related documentation.
- Coordinate learning and meeting logistics including scheduling, registration, and communication.
- Support workforce development initiatives through data, reporting, and administrative coordination.
- Maintain systems, dashboards, and records related to employee qualifications and learning and service utilization.
- Assist with audits, licensing reviews, and quality improvement activities.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts and organizational leaders to support learning and development efforts.
- Act as a learning partner by facilitating learning opportunities and supporting organizational development initiatives as requested.
- Keep procedures, training materials, and shared resources organized and up to date.
- Support QAI projects and other quality improvement work.

- At least 18 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience preferred; a mix of education and experience may also be considered.
- Ability to meet required background check and clearance requirements.
- Must reside in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and have reliable transportation to travel within PA as needed.
