Description

The IT Project Manager drives the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise technology

programs, including Salesforce, integrations, and digital platform initiatives. This role partners with

business, technical, and vendor teams to manage priorities, mitigate risks, drive cross-functional

alignment, and provide executive-level visibility into project performance and outcomes.

Requirements

-Manage delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud, Certus, Radar, and Portal workstreams to agreed scope,

schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

- Partner with Product and Scrum Masters to align portfolio priorities, sprint planning, and delivery capacity

across active and upcoming workstreams.

- Coordinate sprint-level delivery across Salesforce, API, QA, UAT, and integration teams, ensuring

dependencies, blockers, and handoffs are actively managed.

- Maintain project plans, risk registers, dependency maps, and RAID logs across parallel workstreams to

support proactive project control.

- Facilitate change control processes, including impact analysis, stakeholder approval, release scheduling,

and communication of scope, timeline, or budget impacts.

- Produce executive status reports, steering committee decks, and milestone burn-down dashboards that

clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones.

- Manage vendor and third-party delivery commitments, including SLA tracking, deliverable follow-up, issue

escalation, and coordination of vendor dependencies.

- Ensure project artifacts are organized, version-controlled, and accessible for audit, support, onboarding,

and knowledge transfer.

- Facilitate lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement actions following

major releases.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

-Proven experience as project manager or equivalent/comparable position

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, priorities, dependencies, risks, and

stakeholders concurrently.

- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery

approaches.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

- Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, technical, and business audiences.

- Ability to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data, reconcile information, and ensure accuracy in

deliverables.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and productivity tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

and Teams.

- Working knowledge of project delivery and collaboration platforms, including Salesforce, Jira, and TaskRay.

- Adaptable and resilient in a rapidly changing environment.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilit


 

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree required


WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Conditions typically associated with an office environment. While performing the essential duties and

responsibilities, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear. May be frequently required to sit, stand, or

walk. Moderate to prolonged reading, typing, and computer work. Ability to perform tasks involving physical

activity that may include lifting 25 pounds. Subject to exposure to all environmental hazards associated with

healthcare and office work.

$73,979-$110,986
