Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging is seeking an experienced Technologist Assistant to join our patient-focused team!
Position Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: outpatient imaging center in Winston-Salem, NC
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Radiology Medical Director and/or the Technologist, the Technologist Assistant:
- Is responsible for supporting the radiology staff and providing the first clinical point of contact for patients.
- Facilitates the patient flow to minimize patient wait times and maximize the utilization of resources.
- Demonstrates competence with all imaging safety compliance initiatives.
- Serves as part of the imaging center team and seeks as well as provides feedback for improved clinical practice.

EDUCATION:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
