CSA is seeking a Senior Configuration Management (CM) Lead in support of the PMW/A 520 Program Office onsite in San Diego. CA.
This individual will be responsible for directing and managing Configuration Management activities, establishing and maintaining CM policies and procedures, overseeing the integrity of technical baselines, and ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual CM requirements. The Senior CM Lead will provide expert guidance, lead Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities, and serve as the primary authority on CM matters, including advanced administration of the CMPRO LANT database.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Establish, implement, and maintain the PMW Configuration Management Plan (CMP) in alignment with PAE Mission Systems CM policies and standards.
- Work directly with leadership, including the APM-E, CMD, and Deputy-CMD, to ensure organizational Configuration Management requirements are met.
- Ensure all technical baselines, configurations, and technical data are properly identified, captured, controlled, and accessible throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain accountability for the verification and validation (V&V) of software, firmware, and hardware configuration baselines.
- Establish and facilitate the PMW-level Configuration Control Board (CCB), as required.
- Ensure all baseline changes are properly assessed, coordinated, and approved through the chartered CCB.
- Report the status of change requests to PMW Leadership and participate in the PTRB process.
- Perform advanced Database Administration (DBA) in CMPRO LANT and ensure the integrity and accuracy of CM data within authoritative tools.
- Manage and execute system and variant management processes within CMPRO.
- Work with APM-Es to conduct process assessments and validate that CMP requirements are being followed.
- Provide CM guidance, mentorship, and process training to the CM team, program functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all required team members meet their Configuration Management education and training requirements.
- Identify, collect, and report CM program metrics and process improvement initiatives.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
- Extensive experience in a senior Configuration Management role within a Department of Defense (DoD), NAVWAR, or PEO C4I environment.
- Advanced proficiency as a CMPRO LANT Database Administrator (DBA).
- In-depth knowledge of industry and government Configuration Management standards, including SAE EIA-649-1.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and leading Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Experience with metrics collection and process improvement.
