- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, HITRUST Academy, and subject matter experts to execute enablement priorities.
Enable Internal Field Teams
- Develop and manage scalable enablement programs that improve onboarding, ongoing readiness, manager coaching, and field execution for account executives, customer success managers, and partner-facing roles.

- Equip sellers and managers with messaging, tools, content, and coaching frameworks needed to engage customers effectively and progress opportunities with confidence.
- Reinforce adoption and execution quality through field feedback, manager engagement, facilitation, and performance insights.
Develop Sales Plays and GTM Programs
- Develop and execute sales plays that align HITRUST’s priority growth motions with target markets, buyer needs, and revenue objectives.
- Create field-ready GTM programs, playbooks, discovery guides, objection-handling resources, and enablement assets that help teams identify quality opportunities, engage stakeholders, position value, and advance pipeline.

- Support adoption of HITRUST’s sales process and qualification methodology, including MEDDPICC, to improve consistency in opportunity management.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to reinforce opportunity management and forecasting discipline.
Build Content, Systems, and Launch Readiness Infrastructure
- Build and maintain enablement content, tools, and field readiness resources that reduce friction for revenue teams and support consistent execution.
- Coordinate readiness for new offerings, packaging changes, ecosystem programs, and strategic GTM initiatives.
- Support content governance so enablement assets remain current, trusted, easy to access, and aligned to buyer journeys, sales motions, and GTM priorities.
Enable the Partner Ecosystem
- Develop enablement programs that help HITRUST’s ecosystem understand the company’s value proposition, sales motion, solutions, and customer engagement model.
- Support scalable readiness programs for partner onboarding, certification, co-selling, positioning, and consistent representation of HITRUST in the market.
- Measure partner readiness and impact through adoption, engagement, certification, pipeline contribution, and co-sell effectiveness.
Drive Measurement and Continuous Improvement
- Define and track enablement metrics that connect program activity to measurable revenue outcomes, including productivity, ramp time, adoption, pipeline quality, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
- Use field feedback, manager input, deal insights, CRM data, and performance trends to identify execution gaps and improve enablement programs.
