We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night-shift team.


Your Schedule

Full-Time | 3 shifts per week
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do

As an RN at Bend Transitional Care, you’ll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents. You will:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and demonstrate sound clinical judgment
  • Supervise and support nursing staff
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Safely administer and manage medications and treatments
  • Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians, families, and members of      the care team
  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation, assessments, orders, progress notes, and flowsheets
  • Monitor resident responses to medications and treatments and report adverse reactions
  • Maintain accurate narcotic records and ensure medication orders are followed
  • Respond to emergencies, initiate appropriate interventions, and perform CPR when needed
  • Protect resident rights and maintain confidentiality
  • Follow federal and state regulations, the Nurse Practice Act, and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing


Licensure & Certifications

Current Oregon RN license

Current CPR certification


Experience

Six months of long-term care experience preferred

Salary Description
$50.00 - $60.00
