About the Role
We are currently hiring a Full-Time Field Technician to support patients and healthcare partners throughout the Reno area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, interacting with people, and performing hands-on work that directly improves patient well-being.
As a Field Technician, you will deliver and install medical equipment, provide instruction to patients and caregivers, and help ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Transport, install, retrieve, and service durable medical equipment and supplies.
- Deliver products such as oxygen equipment, hospital beds, mobility devices, and related items.
- Train patients and caregivers on proper equipment usage and safety practices.
- Complete service records, delivery documentation, and patient-related paperwork accurately.
- Inspect equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service in homes, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare settings.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent service requests when scheduled.
- Follow all company procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in durable medical equipment, medical delivery, healthcare support, or a related field is beneficial.
- Training will be provided for qualified candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn.
