Key Responsibilities:

- Perform both heavy and light auto body repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

- Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans in accordance with manufacturer specifications

- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in collision repair processes

- Repair or replace damaged panels, frames, and structural components

- Apply paint, finish, and detailing to restore vehicles to their original condition

- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an auto body technician, with expertise in both heavy and light repairs

- Knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and safety procedures

- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under deadlines

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

- Certification from an accredited collision repair program is a plus
