Position Summary:

The Arizona Regulatory Representative serves as Legacy Mutual Mortgage's designated Arizona-based employee for purposes of maintaining applicable state licensing and regulatory requirements. The position acts as a point of contact for Arizona regulatory matters and supports the Company's continued authorization to conduct mortgage lending activities within the state.

This is a specialized position with responsibilities primarily related to Arizona licensing, regulatory communication, and compliance requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the Company's designated Arizona representative as required for applicable state licensing and regulatory purposes.
• Maintain the employment and Arizona presence necessary to support the Company's applicable mortgage lending licenses.
• Act as a point of contact for communications with Arizona regulatory authorities when appropriate.
• Receive, review, and communicate regulatory correspondence or requests to appropriate Company representatives.
• Assist the Company with Arizona licensing applications, renewals, examinations, inquiries, and related regulatory matters as needed.
• Provide guidance regarding Arizona-specific licensing requirements applicable to the Company's operations.
• Maintain familiarity with relevant Arizona mortgage licensing requirements and communicate material regulatory changes to Company leadership or Compliance.
• Coordinate with Company leadership, Compliance, Legal, and other appropriate personnel regarding Arizona regulatory matters.
• Maintain appropriate records or documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable Arizona licensing requirements.
• Perform other Arizona licensing or regulatory duties reasonably necessary to support the Company's continued authority to conduct business in the state.

• Knowledge of Arizona mortgage lending licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with or communicating with Arizona regulatory agencies.
• Ability to interpret and communicate regulatory requirements clearly.
• Strong professional judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle regulatory information.
• Mortgage lending, financial services, legal, regulatory, or compliance experience preferred.

This position is established to support the Company's Arizona licensing and regulatory obligations. The Arizona Regulatory Representative does not have general management authority or responsibility for the Company's day-to-day mortgage operations unless specifically assigned in writing.
