The Document Control and Training Coordinator is responsible for the documentation lifecycle to include creation, organization, control, and maintenance of various forms of internal and external documentation and for managing training records within the Learning Management System.
Essential Functions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation related to procedures, work instructions, policies and related documents.
- Ensures documents are properly managed, tracked, and updated throughout their lifecycle.
- Reviews and submits documentation for approval, and track approval process to ensure timely completion
- Provide audit support during internal and external QMS audits to include scheduling and record keeping
- Compile and verify records accuracy for the final product. (End Item Data Package - EIDP)
- Assist with environmental reporting documentation
- Create and maintain employee training materials, requirements and records within the Paylocity Learning Management System (LMS)
- Other duties as assigned
Required Competencies
- Good computer skills including advanced MS Word experience.
- Technical writing experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written in English.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and ability to work successfully both independently and collaboratively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and clear, concise communication to manage review and approval cycle.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct reports.
