Do you like staying active, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day? We're looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join our team. You'll work independently in the field, care for customers' lawns, diagnose turf and weed problems, and help transform properties into healthy, great-looking lawns.

What You'll Do

As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll be responsible for helping customers maintain healthy, attractive lawns.

You'll:

  • Perform professional lawn-care services including fertilization and aeration.
  • Diagnose common turf, weed, and shrub problems and determine appropriate treatments.
  • Apply lawn-care treatments safely and according to company standards.
  • Maintain and safely operate company equipment and tools.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, reliable service.
  • Keep customer properties clean and looking their best after each visit.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and environmental practices.
  • Learn new lawn-care techniques and continue developing your technical skills.
Requirements

You don't need years of lawn-care experience to succeed here. We'll teach you the technical side of the job.We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys staying active.
  • Takes pride in doing quality work.
  • Is dependable and takes ownership of their route and customers.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Works well independently while being part of a team.
  • Is comfortable working in Florida's heat and changing weather conditions.
  • Can safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the job.
  • Has a valid driver's license.

Lawn care, landscaping, pest control, agricultural, construction, maintenance, or other outdoor/technical experience is a plus—but not required.
