The Medical Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting efficient day-to-day clinic operations. This position performs a variety of front-office and administrative duties, including patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, medical record maintenance, and payment processing.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.
Schedule & Perks
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Up to 200 hours (5 weeks) of PTO each year

1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. 6 months of customer service/reception experience
3. Basic office skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft products
Preferred Qualifications
1. 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
2. EMR experience
3. 1+ years of experience in FQHC setting
4. Bilingual (Spanish)
5. Graduate of certified medical office training course, CNA or Medical Assistant
