The Brand & Content Specialist is responsible for developing compelling content and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all company brands. This role produces written, visual, and multimedia content that educates customers, supports sales initiatives, strengthens brand awareness, and positions the company as an industry leader.
Content Marketing
- Develop content including:
- Blog articles
- Case studies
- Customer success stories
- White papers
- Guides
- Sales collateral
- Product brochures
- Email copy
- Website copy
Social Media
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Write posts
- Coordinate photography and video
- Engage with comments when appropriate
- Track engagement metrics
- Support employee advocacy initiatives
Brand Management
- Maintain brand standards
- Ensure consistency across five business units
- Review marketing materials
- Coordinate branding updates
- Manage marketing asset library
Creative Production
- Coordinate or produce:
- Photography
- Video production
- Customer interviews
- Graphic design requests
- Trade show materials
- Promotional campaigns
Sales Enablement
- Develop materials including:
- Presentation decks
- Product one-pagers
- Case studies
- Sales emails
- Trade show collateral
- Customer testimonials
Customer Satisfaction
- Write customer-facing survey invitations
- Collaborate with Digital marketing specialist on survey program execution
- Design branded survey templates
- Coordinate Customer testimonials
Work Experience requirements
- Customer Service Job Related Experience
- Marketing/Office experience
- Graphic design experience preferred
Education/Certification/License Requirements
- High School Diploma
- College Degree Preferred
Work Conditions/Physical Demands
Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. Employee must have normal manual dexterity and be able to effectively manipulate keyboard and phone.
