Description

ABOUT IRONSITE

Ironsite provides perimeter security solutions. The company is in the process of integrating eight previously independent companies into a single, unified brand — spanning websites, lead systems, and go-to-market operations. This role plays a central part in that integration, building the digital infrastructure and workflows that will support Ironsite as one cohesive organization.

ROLE SUMMARY

Ironsite is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of our digital marketing programs, spanning SEO and emerging LLM/AI search visibility, website management across multiple properties, paid digital advertising, and multichannel campaigns. This role sits at the center of Ironsite's growth engine and is responsible for building and automating the workflows that capture, route, and attribute inbound leads, keeping that pipeline strong.

Beyond the technical execution, this role calls for someone who thinks like a marketer as much as an operator — someone fluent in marketing fundamentals like competitive positioning and buyer personas, and who can apply that understanding to sharpen targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.

This is a highly visible contributor role reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications. It's a critical position within the commercial teams, ideal for someone who wants to use data to optimize the company's digital footprint and build tracking that shows real, attributable results. The role also works closely with other core functions across the organization, including regional sales leads, operations, IT, and corporate administration.
