JOB TITLE: IT Systems & eBanking Administrator

Position Summary
The IT Systems & eBanking Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, security, monitoring, and support of the Bank’s electronic banking systems and related technology environments. This position serves as a key technical resource for eBanking administration, identity and access management, security reporting, system support, and IT operations.
The position provides backup support to the IT Officer and assists with the day-to-day management of the Bank’s technology environment. The Administrator works closely with bank associates, management, core banking providers, eBanking vendors, and other third-party technology providers to ensure systems are secure, properly configured, available, and functioning effectively. The position also requires you to interact with customers on a timely basis based on eBanking needs and support.
This position requires a strong understanding of banking technology, user access controls, information security, electronic banking systems, and the interrelationships among applications, networks, systems, and communications technologies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of electronic banking systems and technology administration.
- Working knowledge of identity and access management principles and practices.
- Understanding of information security, user access controls, and security monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret system and security reports and identify unusual or potentially concerning activity.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Education and Experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Two or more years of experience in information technology, banking systems, eBanking administration, systems administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution or other regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience with identity and access management, security reporting, user administration, or electronic banking systems is highly desirable.
• Experience working with third-party technology and banking service providers is preferred.

Travel
Some travel required, primarily within a 70-mile radius of Escanaba, Michigan. Valid driver's license, ability to drive, and ability to be insured with company carrier a necessity.
