The Replenishment Manager leads Murdoch's replenishment function and is accountable for inventory availability, productivity, and flow across the business. This role ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time by leading Replenishment Analysts and driving disciplined, data-informed replenishment decisions.
The role owns replenishment systems, inventory deployment, forecasting inputs, and exception-based workflows that improve customer service while reducing inventory risk. The Replenishment Manager partners closely with Stores, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Vendors to create a scalable replenishment model built on clear accountability and continuous improvement.
This position is located at the Home Office in Bozeman, MT. Must live within a 40-mile radius of the corporate office.

Lead the Replenishment Function
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Replenishment Analysts.
- Establish clear ownership for inventory availability, inventory productivity, and replenishment execution.
- Build standardized processes and a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Own Inventory Availability & Productivity
- Drive in-stock performance across stores and distribution centers.
- Improve inventory turns while reducing excess, aged, and unproductive inventory.
- Lead inventory deployment decisions that balance customer service levels, inventory investment, and operational efficiency.
Drive Forecasting & Replenishment Excellence
- Own replenishment parameters, forecasting inputs, and inventory planning assumptions.
- Lead exception-based workflows so analyst time is focused on risk, opportunity, and root-cause resolution.
- Ensure promotional, seasonal, and flyer readiness before, during, and after key selling periods.
Partner Across the Business
- Build strong partnerships with Stores and convert store feedback into actionable demand signals.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Vendors to improve inventory flow and customer availability.
- Support improvements in vendor lead times, fill rates, order reliability, and replenishment execution.
Lead Systems & Process Improvement
- Own replenishment system governance, workflows, reporting, and SOPs.
- Use analytics, automation, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools to improve decision quality, visibility, and efficiency.

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of retail purchasing or replenishment experience or equivalent in finance, supply chain, operations, economics, business, statistics or analysis
- Track Record of consistent performance and ability to influence cross functionally
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent office computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) and preferred experience with replenishment/forecasting systems
- Detail oriented and aptitude for analysis
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Detail oriented with aptitude for retail math, logical analysis and creative problem solving
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong sense of urgency & time management
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and ability to influence decisions to drive the business
