This role will shape the direction of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, consultant management, global meetings, and professional education in support of the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) platform.
This leader owns the global KOL strategy end-to-end — including tiering and segmentation philosophy, programmatic execution within each segment, developing metrics for segment engagement, budget and consultant spend, compliance framework design, and a growing team — while building a strong, engaged global community of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other eye care professionals. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who can set direction, own outcomes, lead people, and represent RxSight at the executive level with top-tier global KOLs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Direct consultant engagement programs, including speaker programs, peer-to-peer education, advisory boards, podium participation, and abstracts, ensuring proper selection, utilization, and outcome tracking.
- Direct planning and execution of major congresses and regional meetings, including speaker coordination, program logistics, and alignment with overall messaging and narrative.
- Own execution of User Groups, Adjustability webinars, recorded media, and RxSight Ed programs, ensuring high-quality, case-based, peer-to-peer educational experiences that scale globally.
- Guide the development of KOL messaging content, including PowerPoint slides and other formats, ensuring strategic consistency.
- Oversee operational management of KOL groups, including member coordination, meeting execution, content preparation, and tracking of engagement and feedback.

Compliance
- Partner with Legal/Compliance to design and govern the framework for consultant agreements, Fair Market Value (FMV), and advisory board structures — not solely ensuring adherence, but shaping the governing framework.
- Ensure all professional engagement activities are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with internal policies and standards, including internationally as applicable.
