DeMayo Law is seeking a Marketing and Analytics Specialist. This role supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, while assisting with performance tracking and reporting. This role coordinates campaigns, manages timelines, develops and distributes marketing materials, and ensures projects are completed accurately and on schedule. In addition, the position tracks key metrics, prepares basic performance reports, and helps analyze results to support data-informed marketing decisions. By combining strong organizational skills with analytical support, this role helps drive effective and well-executed marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Writing, editing, and publishing engaging posts, encompassing both planned and real-time moments, for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
- Writing, editing, and publishing virtual newsletter content
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events and open roles)
- Responding to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
- Tracking and reporting on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
- Monitoring and researching social media channels for industry trends
- Writing all copy for marketing material
- Collecting and analyzing data to enhance the data driven decision making within our organization
- Interpreting online consumer behavior
- Translating raw data into measurable data regarding client behavior and trends from different forms of marketing to help create marketing strategies & campaigns
- Generating and analyzing marketing reports to provide team appropriate data
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the firm’s online strategy
- Coordinating firm events to align with our brand and business goals
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Active member of the Firm's “social committee”
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; however, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating and executing basic marketing initiatives
- Strong communication, copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Strong analytical & visualization skills
- Experience collecting & presenting market research
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Google Ads preferred
- Experience marketing for a law firm preferred
