Engrain builds map-based tech that’s redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies—and 20,000 properties—to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it’s working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we’ve been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year.
We’re not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don’t do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds, we’re entering a phase of serious scale.
Creative Services by Engrain is Engrain's in-house branding agency. We do the design work most in-house teams don't get to: full brand systems, website design, campaign concepts, print design, all built for multifamily real estate clients who need to stand out in a market that mostly looks the same. As a Graphic Designer on our Creative Services team, you'll take projects from early concept through final execution, working alongside a small team of designers and reporting to our Creative Director. You'll touch a high volume of branding and web projects, which means fast iteration, sharp instincts, and the ability to make similar project types feel distinct.
What you’ll do…
- Design branding systems and high-performing websites for clients in the multifamily real estate space.
- Create print collateral that carries the same level of craft as digital work.
- Bring fresh concepts to a high volume of similar project types without work feeling repetitive or templated.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to understand project goals, creative direction, and execution standards.
- Use AI tools to speed up moodboarding, concept exploration, and early-stage brainstorming.
- Implement AI workflows to production-level tasks to free up time for higher-value creative work.
- Participate in creative critiques and give/receive feedback that improves the work.
- Bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to problem-solving and creative blocks.
- Work with the development team to keep designs buildable within existing technology platforms.
