Provide status, risk, issue, and performance reporting to DCP leadership, identify recurring defects and process or workflow inefficiencies, and recommend or implement approved improvements to enhance quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy, transparency, and mission effectiveness.

  • Develop, mentor, and support Hybrid Team personnel through routine coaching, performance feedback, cross-training, knowledge sharing, and identification of individual and team development needs. Support staffing, workforce planning, interviews, onboarding and offboarding, employee recognition, performance discussions, and other personnel activities in accordance with established policies and management processes.
