Summary: As a Data Coordinator, you will manage and maintain data related to procurement and pricing strategies. Your responsibilities include collecting and analyzing pricing data, updating pricing databases, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of purchasing information. You will collaborate with the purchasing team to track supplier performance, monitor market trends, and support pricing decisions. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with data management and ERP software are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with Suppliers to ensure accuracy of supplier cost
  • Update supplier price files within the system
  • Work with Purchasing to eliminate supplier cost discrepancies on purchase orders
  • Communicate cost changes to all impacted parties 
  • Create reports of pending pricing changes
  • Importing and exporting data into our ERP system
  • Analyze line performance, supplier pricing, impact analysis, and competitive bids
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in related field preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt rapidly to changing priorities
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism

Salary Description
$18 - $21 per hour
