Description
The Occupational Medicine Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of Next
Level Medical’s Occupational Medicine and Employer Testing services. This position
helps ensure exams, results, corrections, communications, and employer requests are
completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailoriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys identifying and resolving
problems

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Complete DOD exam resulting and process required corrections accurately and timely.
- Complete corrections and follow-up through the NRCME website.
- Monitor, organize, and respond to physical exam-related emails.
- Monitor and manage Employer Testing email requests.
- Review drug screen emails received through physical exam requests and forward information to the appropriate Team Member or department for follow-up.
- Manage Occupational Medicine voicemail escalations and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate Metro Return-to-Work appointments and related email communication.
- Complete Metro Return-to-Work resulting accurately and timely.
- Review information for completeness and accuracy before completing or forwarding requests.
- Track outstanding items and follow up as needed to help prevent delays.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with employers, internal Team Members, clinics, and other appropriate contacts.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to Occupational Medicine and Employer Testing activities.
- Protect confidential, patient, employer, and company information in accordance with Next Level Medical policies and applicable requirements.
- Identify process concerns, recurring issues, or delays and escalate them to the appropriate Supervisor or Regional Leadership Team.
- Support additional Occupational Medicine and Employer Testing projects or operational needs as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Qualification
- Applicants must be in good standing and have been employed with Next Level Medical for at least six months. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
