Come join us as we grow!  We need a Director of Human Resources to support our expanding team!


General Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for strategic HR initiatives related to internal operations and home health and hospice acquisitions - this includes the development, implementation, communication, maintenance, and administration of HR processes, practices, and strategies to support the organization.  


Essential Functions:

  1. With the VP of HR, overseeing HR functions and the integration process for home health and hospice acquisitions to include employee relations, policies, procedures, benefits, compensation, training & development, onboarding and HR Compliance.
  2. Works with all HR Team Members and areas within HR to ensure that HR strategies and programs are fully integrated within the organization. 
  3. Ensures training is provided for new Human Resource representatives and management staff
  4. Consults with Branch and Support Center leadership on human resource related matters; make progressive discipline and termination decisions in cooperation with Agency leadership.
  5. Responsible for assisting and guiding branch Human Resource representatives and branch leadership with employee relations issues, policy interpretation and process concerns 
  6. Works with leadership to manage compensation practices including market analysis, market competitiveness, internal equity.

Requirements

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ Progressive HR management Experience
  • Multi-site and multi-state Healthcare experience, home health and or hospice experience preferred
  • SHRM certification preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or related work experience
