McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated real estate attorney to join our team in real estate finance and development. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, multi-layered transactions throughout New Jersey and beyond. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial real estate transactions and shall have strong drafting, negotiation and management skills in all aspects of handling acquisitions and dispositions as well as closings on real estate finance transitions including title and survey matters, mortgage and construction financing, loan documentation, due diligence review and financing for development projects, including bond financing.

Salary Range: $150-200k. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall work background.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar
- 10-15 years of relevant real estate experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale agreements, title policies, ground leases, development agreements and loan documentation
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel
- Work collaboratively with attorneys in related practice areas such as redevelopment, corporate, tax, finance, and land use.
