Unica Enterprises is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, responsible individual to join our team as a Site Manager. The Site Manager is responsible for overall site performance, including staffing, quality, customer satisfaction, team development, and day-to-day operations. This role partners closely with HR and frontline leaders to hire well, onboard effectively, maintain strong service standards, and create clearer pathways for employee growth and accountability across the site.

  • Builds a reliable team with clear expectations and follow-through 
  • Partners well with HR on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and discipline 
  • Develops supervisors, team leads, and high-potential frontline staff 
  • Uses training, check-ins, and site routines to reduce confusion and rework 
  • Balances operational urgency with fairness, communication, and long-term retention 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily site operations across shifts, crews, and customer expectations 
  • Partner with HR on interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations 
  • Build staffing plans and support coverage for absences, turnover, and changing site needs 
  • Lead supervisors and team leads through regular check-ins, expectations, and coaching 
  • Conduct or oversee site walkthroughs, quality reviews, and service recovery when needed 
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and site contacts 
  • Address service concerns, communicate solutions, and follow through on commitments 
  • Monitor training completion, safety practices, and policy compliance 
  • Support performance reviews, coaching conversations, and promotion readiness decisions 
  • Ensure supplies, equipment, and site resources are available and managed well 
  • Track key site patterns such as quality issues, turnover, callouts, and staffing pressure 
  • Help create a site culture where employees understand expectations, receive feedback, and can see growth opportunities 
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Leadership experience in custodial, janitorial, facilities, operations, or related service environments 
  • Strong people-management and coaching skills 
  • Experience managing quality, staffing, and customer relationships 
  • Ability to lead through changing site conditions, multiple shifts, and operational complexity 
  • Ability to partner effectively with HR on hiring, onboarding, documentation, and employee issues 
  • Experience with scheduling, workforce coordination, and operational problem-solving 
  • Experience in high-volume, multi-shift, or customer-facing environments preferred 

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements 

  • Combination of site presence, leadership responsibilities, and administrative follow-through 
  • May need to support early morning, evening, overnight, or weekend operations depending on site needs 
  • Frequent movement across the site and regular interaction with customers and staff 
  • May be required to wear a uniform and use PPE when on the floor 
Salary Description
$60,000 - $62,400 salary
