Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is a clinician-owned pediatric therapy practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services across four California clinic locations: Simi Valley, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Rancho Cucamonga.


Founded by Dr. Cynthia Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of pediatric experience, our mission is simple: Learning to play. Playing to learn.


We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to help create a welcoming experience for our families while supporting the daily operations of our clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a busy healthcare office running smoothly.


What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and assist clients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office communications
  • Coordinate communication between families, therapists, and leadership
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and administrative projects
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records while protecting confidential information
  • Keep office supplies stocked and maintain an organized clinic environment
  • Support the Clinical Director, COO, and leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Help ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • At least 2 years of administrative, customer service, medical office, or scheduling experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new software systems
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or pediatric setting

Typical Schedule: 

  • Monday-Friday 1:00 - 6:00 PM
  • Part-Time
