We have done business across the United States and expanded our services to much more than portable toilets to include portable: bunk houses, campers, flushable restroom trailers, laundry facilities, mobile command centers, light towers, refrigeration units, water storage containers, temporary fencing, and generators.

Job Overview:
The Parts and Office Assistant is responsible for supporting daily parts operations and general office functions. This position will assist with ordering, receiving, billing, and maintaining inventory of parts while also providing basic administrative support. The role requires occasional local travel to pick up parts and supplies as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Order parts and supplies as needed.
- Receive incoming parts both physically and electronically.
- Process and bill parts accurately within company systems.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory counts.
- Organize and maintain the parts storage area.
- Travel locally to pick up parts and supplies from vendors as needed.
- File and organize paperwork and other company records.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed.
- Communicate with vendors and internal employees regarding parts orders and availability.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and customers.
- Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous parts, inventory, warehouse, or office experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform other physical activities associated with receiving and handling parts.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and transport parts and supplies.

Work Location: This position will be based at physical location and is not a remote position.
